have you seen him? with the eyes, and the chest, and the... immortality?

There just aren't the words to describe how much I laughed when Aoife emailed me these pictures this morning. Definately made my day.

Go here for a Flickr set of photos from our night out the other week. The night out in question was previously described here.

I know Dixons have announced that they are no longer going to stock 35mm cameras, and this makes me sad because digital cameras just aren't as good, but the invention of digital cameras has certainly made it easier to record nights-out and how silly everyone looks whilst drunk.

There have been some memorable moments from this year, but this has to rank at (or near) the top. Going to miss these guys come October when we scatter to the four winds :(

One of my favourites: (end of the night. From left to right the Nordic Ninja, Cas (yes I really am that short), Jeff, and the Cute Canadian)

it's not so much that your that short, it's that Jeff is so bloody tall... hence Jeff.

Yeah - we compared heights that evening (it seemed fun at the time, what can I say?) and there is a clear foot between me and Jeff in height. One point in the evening, the Cute Canadian and Jeff were having a conversation literally over my head. The standing arrangments went Jeff - Cas - CC. Apparently there wasn't a hair on my head visible unless they looked down.

Fortunate really that I like tall men, isn't it?

No, Cas is just short. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Shorter women are more down to Earth.

Me? Down to earth? Well there are two things I never thought I would hear in one sentance together.

And the Cute Canadian asks me to stress that he doesn't always look that gay. He really doesn't. Pink shirt not with standing...

Well, you know what they say, there's an exception to every rule... *shrugs* And there's nothing wrong with the occasional pink shirt.

don't you just hate it when people are having convos over your head.

Normally, I would say that it is rather rude and that I hate it.

But then again, it really does depend who is doing the talking - that time I was standing between two nice tall gentlemen who are both rather easy on the eye, and nice chaps to boot, so I'm not complaining all that much!
